We are in search of community-doers interested joining our 501(c)(3) Board of Directors and/or Creative District Program Committee.
If you’re passionate about local art, culture and helping Fremont prioritize creativity on every corner, we’d love to meet you. We’re especially looking for:
Secretary Officer - someone organized and detail-oriented to take meeting notes and assist with board administration for our 501(c)(3)
Graphic Designers to assist with flyers, social posts, and website updates
Creative project managers and nonprofit leaders help shape and strengthen our board or assist with 2026 initiatives such as the Fremont Art Walk, Vacant Storefront Activation, and mural maintenance and commissioning
Grant Writers interested in supporting our funding goals
Researchers who love learning about anything and everything
Local businesses interested in serving as art venues during future Art Walk events
Artists eager to participate in community art activations
Big-picture thinkers who see a gap in Fremont’s creative community/economy and want to do something about it
